Returns and Shipping

SHIPPING

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
We will do our best to despatch your order within 1 to 2 business days following your purchase.
If there is likely to be a delay, we will advise you via email.

Shipping costs

Within Australia

$10.00 flat rate on all orders up to $149, or FREE for $150 and over. Your parcel will be packaged with care and sent via Standard Australia Post with tracking.

Alternatively, you may choose to upgrade to EXPRESS post for a flat rate of $15.00.


RETURNS

Please note we do not offer refund for change of mind or incorrect size choice. 

Prior to purchase, we are available to answer any question or concern regarding any item.  We offer a one on one fit service via email or facebook messaging and aim is to help you choose the best size first time around. 

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty item, we will gladly repair, replace or refund as per Australian Consumer Law.

Email shop@thekatzalley.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel to advise us of the fault and to arrange return of the item.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without prior contact.

Please note, if you choose to return your item using an untracked service, we are unable to take responsibility if the returned item does not reach us.
